How do I fully book my wedding day?
In order to completely book your wedding date with Beautifully Unafraid a nonrefundable retainer of $800 and a signed contract is due. The nonrefundable retainer then goes towards the total balance due. Until both are obtained your wedding date will remain open and available to all future clients.
When should I schedule a trial?
The scheduling of a trial is different for every bride! If a bride prefers to schedule a trial prior to booking I would recommend scheduling the trial ASAP. As dates are not held until they are fully booked. If a trial is not requested prior to booking I recommend a trial 3-6 months prior to your wedding day. Trials take place in New Bedford within our studio Monday - Thursday during the wedding season. Friday through Sunday are the most popular wedding days throughout the year. Because of this, Allison is typically on location with clients. NOTE: With that being said if there is any room for flexibility during this time Allison Neves will do her best to accommodate you.
How far in advance do most brides book?
Typically a brides books Beautifully Unafraid 12 to 18 months in advance from their wedding day.
What forms of payment do you accept?
Cash, Venmo or Check are accepted prior to your wedding date.
Is there a minimum for my wedding day?
The minimum fee for onsite wedding services is a total of $800 per service (Hair or Makeup). This minimum is still required if minimum services are not reached. This minimum does not include travel or gratuity.
Do you have a travel fee?
Travel is calculated per artist and is $1.25 per mile to and from your get ready location. Mileage starts from New Bedford, MA 02176. In addition to travel fees events that require over 2 hours of travel one way require hotel accommodations for the night prior to the event to be paid for by the hiring party. Hotel accommodations will be chosen by Allison Neves and agreed upon with the hiring party. Where parking, valet or toll fees may be incurred, the amount will be included with the final invoice and due for payment on the day of the event.
